1. Door width
The door width can be adjusted directly on the setting machine during production. The adjustable door width on the setting machine is in centimeters, and the company's order requires that the door width is generally in inches. Therefore, in the production process, it is necessary to convert inches into centimeters before adjustment. Conversion formula: 1 inch = 2.54 cm.
2. Weight per square meter
Typically, the weight per square meter is manipulated by adjusting the overfeed. Under the condition that the remaining tension remains unchanged, within a certain range, the larger the overfeed, the heavier the weight per square meter, the smaller the overfeed, the lighter the weight per square meter.
3. Cycle
The cycle is closely related to the weight per square meter and refers to the repeating size of the pattern from the beginning to the end. Its manipulation method is the same as that of the weight per square meter. Typically, the cycle is manipulated by adjusting the overfeed. Under the condition that the rest of the tension remains unchanged, within a certain range, the larger the overfeed, the shorter the cycle, and the smaller the overfeed, the longer the cycle.
4. Shrink
Shrinkage is one of the more important physical indicators to be manipulated for styling. The shrinkage must be average and reasonable. For setting, shrinkage is mainly controlled by over-resining or pre-sizing. For pure cotton fabrics, shrinkage is generally controlled by using resin. In the case that the resin can fully react, the larger the amount of resin, the better the shrinkage, but the problem that arises is that the strength decreases more. Therefore, the amount of resin is definitely limited.
